Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Laptop is connected to the internet and I am able to print to the printer but only after I click OK to the message "Please Connect Printer to HP Connected"  I press the "Connect" button on the printer display and it will then print the page but displays the message "No Internet Connection".  I've tried powering modem, router, laptop and printer on/off but still won't work right.  I've checked for updates and message comes back the printer is up to date.

 

Obviously I am able to connect to the internet or I wouldn't be able to post this problem.

 

I am also able to scan to computer with no problem.  Problem appears to be the printer is unable to connect to HP's Instant Ink web site.
