Product: HP Envy 5030

My HP laptop and HP Envy 5030 printer worked fine with my wifi for years, then some months ago, the laptop could not print from the printer because the printer was apparently "offline".  The light on the printer shows it is connected to the wifi.. Nothing has changed - same printer, same laptop and same wifi. But I have not been able to print for months now.  I tried fixing it with HP Smart, I've reinstalled the printer, downloaded new drivers but nothing works.  This happened with my old HP printer and so I got the Envy - now it's doing the same thing.  II need to find a solution so I can print again.
