Envy 6400 frequently listed as offline. Printer shows it is connected to WiFi. HP Smart indicates no problem.

I did everything suggested and the same problem occurs. When I try to print, it says printer is offline. Usually unplugging and replugging  solves the  problem. Now getting an E 6 error code.
