When I go to print it says the printer is off line. However the printer says its connected to bluetooth and when I run the wireless network test it says there is no issues founded and that its connected. Please help me.

From what you’ve described, your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 indicates a successful Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection, and the wireless network test confirms it's connected without issue. Despite this, your computer believes the printer is offline.
Here’s what we recommend to bring your printer back online:
1. Restart Everything:
- Turn off your printer and unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Restart your computer and Wi-Fi router.
- Plug the printer back in and power it on.
2. Check the Printer's Status on Your Computer:
- On your PC, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 and ensure "Use Printer Offline" is unchecked.
- If it’s listed more than once, delete any duplicates and keep only the one marked as “Ready” or “Default.”
3. Set as Default Printer:
- Still in Devices and Printers, right-click your HP 7740 and select "Set as default printer".
4. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe
- This tool will automatically detect and fix many common connectivity and driver issues.
5. Update or Reinstall the Printer Driver:
- Visit HP’s Support Page: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Supp...
- Download and install the latest full driver package for your operating system.
