Hi, I'm trying to get my mom's laptop to print to her WiFi printer.  She uses it for her desktop and it works fine but I can't get it to work from her laptop.  When I print ai job, the printer shows up as her default printer, but the computer says the printer is offline.  Not sure if I need new drivers.  Tried to download the HP app and it won't download to troubleshoot issue.  Not sure why print jobs wont go to the printer to print.  Both are on the same wifi network.
