Product: HP ENVY

Every day I go to print, it tells me the printer is offline. Have not wifi issues and printer is showing as on. When I try to turn off by power button, nothing happens. 

I am having to keep unplugging and re plug back in every day, which is pointless. 

I thought it might have been an issue with printer direct from my phone, but it is showing the same on my laptop. 

Why won't it stay connected and why wont it turn off

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

What is the Operating System installed on the computer?

Are you using an android or an iOS device?
