Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer

Hallo

 

My printer is online and working well. The computers and mobile phones in the home network are unable to print or even find the printer. I have reset the printer connection and reinstalled the Hp smart app on my phone.

 

I recently upgraded the modem and I have checked the Xfinity app and the printer is connected to the gateway 

I am at my wits end. Any help is greatly appreciated
