I am having nothing but trouble with my printer. It works fine if I print from my I Phone, IPad, My wifes Dell Computer yet my new HPEnvy computer won't print. My buddy ( who is an IT professional, has repeatedly gotten to work and then it just stops. We have all of the drivers updated, My network is bullet proof ( formerly I was a systems Engineer years ago so I am not a novice. When I was able to talk to a human at HP they agreed that there were issues with it and helped get it going ( A year or so ago) but now help!!!

I'd like to help!

 

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Let's perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
