Printer no longer has wifi connection

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The WiFi on my printer suddenly stopped working. No blue light on the WiFi symbol.  It had been working for 6 months and then went off-line.  I've tried turning off the router and printer, factory reset, using HP print and scan tool to no avail. No wireless connection setup menu option, just for ethernet. "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer."  That's me and I have no idea what's going on.

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
