Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer has lost its wireless connection. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

1. Check the Wireless Connection

  • Wireless Icon Flashing Blue: This indicates that the printer is not connected to the wireless network.

2. Restart the Printer and Network Devices

  1. Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Restart the Router: Unplug your router, wait for about 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
  3. Restart Your Computer: This can sometimes help re-establish the connection.

3. Reconnect the Printer to the Wi-Fi Network

Access the Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • On your printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings menu.
  • Select the Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to your wireless network.

Using the HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Open the app and select “Set up a new printer.”
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network.

4. Check for Software and Firmware Updates

Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Download and install any available updates.

HP Software/Drivers:  Software and Drivers for HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install and run the tool.

Use the Tool:

  • Open the tool and select your printer.
  • Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix any issues.

6. Reset Network Settings

Restore Network Defaults:

  • On your printer’s control panel, go to the Network or Wireless settings menu.
  • Select "Restore Network Defaults" to reset the network settings to their factory defaults.

Reconfigure the Wireless Connection:

  • Use the Wireless Setup Wizard again to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

7. Check for Network Issues

  • Interference: Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices causing interference between your router and the printer.
  • Signal Strength: Ensure your printer is within range of your wireless router.
