I just had a new router installed by my cable company and now the HP printer doesn’t print. No matter I do, get it connected to the new WiFi.

Hi @KarenJ9,

I'd like to help!

Ty the below suggestions-

Restore the factory-set defaults Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the product and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language. To restore the product to the factory default settings, follow these steps.

On the product control panel, press the OK button to open the menus. 2. Open the following menus:

● Service

● Restore Defaults The product automatically restarts.

Connect the printer with a USB cable and then convert it to wireless

For instructions - refer - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
