Hi @Goodarz1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're dealing with a stubborn printer issue. Here are some steps you can try to get your WiFi printer back online:
1. Check Power and Connections
- Unplug the printer from the power source for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This can help reset the printer.
- If possible, check the power cable and ensure it’s securely connected.
2. Network Connection
- Make sure your printer is connected to the same WiFi network as your computer.
- If your printer has a physical network button or indicator lights, check if it shows connectivity.
3. Restart Your Devices
- Restart your printer, computer, and WiFi router. Sometimes a fresh start resolves connectivity issues.
4. Set Printer as Default
- On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your printer and select Set as default printer.
5. Update Printer Drivers
- Check for any updates to your printer drivers. You can usually find these on the manufacturer’s website.
6. Run the Printer Troubleshooter (Windows)
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer, then click Manage and look for a troubleshooting option.
7. Check Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
- Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
8. Use a USB Connection Temporarily
If possible, connect your printer to the computer using a USB cable. This can help determine if the issue is with the WiFi connection.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
