Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I switched to a new iphone14 and had to re-establish wifi  direct connection to Envy Photo 7855 printer.  I entered the correct, default printer password but it is not accepting it.  My computer is still able to connect and print.  Is there something about the latest iphone14 and/or  software that's causing a problem?  no problem connecting on my old phone.  Would appreciate the community's assistance!
