Hi we just bought a new desk key and are trying to register for the Instant Ink. I keep getting the error code that the printer is registered to another account. We just took the printer out of the box and set up

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to enroll the printer in instant ink service.

 

Please send us a private message with the serial number of the printer or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
