Printer screen black and not connecting

Printer is "offline" and the touch screen is black.

Power light is blue. It will warm up and initialize when i turn it on and off.

Screen stays black.

I unplugged the power cord when it was on and waited 60seconds. Still did not work.

I opened and closed the main door four times and it printed with horizontal lines.

Seems like a board has gone out to me.
