Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Why would it be that when I try to set up my new printer I can't get past step #2 which is to make sure that the wireless light is either steady or blinking.  I could only get a flash of light and then nothing.

Skipping that step does not work.  Thank  you for any suggestions.  It's been a long day.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

Once done, then try setting it up again.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
