Printer showing on the network but not on supplies

HP Recommended
Envy 6032
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer is showing connected to the network in settings and will print from my laptop, but when I go into Get Supplies it is saying not connected to the internet.  I have tried putting my router password in but it is saying it is wrong.  I am on Instant Ink so need the printer to speak to the network.
