Hi @Ateetkapur,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When the HP DeskJet 4130e printer shows an offline status and the Wi-Fi blue light and information orange light are blinking, it indicates that the printer is not properly connected to the wireless network. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and other devices can connect to it without any issues.
  • Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can fix connectivity problems.
  • Check Wireless Signal: Make sure that the printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi network. If it is too far from the router, move it closer and try connecting again.
  • Reset Printer Settings: Resetting the printer's network settings can often help resolve connectivity issues. Locate the Reset or Restore Network Settings option in the printer's menu or settings and perform the reset.
  • Reconnect to Wi-Fi Network: Access the printer's control panel or settings menu and navigate to the Wi-Fi or Wireless section. Select the option to connect to a new wireless network and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Check Network Configuration: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly by connecting other devices. If there are any issues, you may need to troubleshoot your network or contact your internet service provider (ISP).
  • Update Printer Firmware: Visit the HP support website and check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model. If updates are available, follow the instructions provided to update the printer's firmware.
  • Restart Network Devices: Restart your wireless router or access point. Sometimes, network devices can encounter temporary issues that can affect printer connectivity.
  • Disable Firewall or Security Software: Temporarily disable any firewall or security software on your computer or network that might be blocking the printer's connection. Remember to re-enable them after troubleshooting.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
