My printer has been working fine with my new computer then all of a sudden today it will not print and even though I have followed all the steps and procedures, printer is still showing "offline" and/or "not connected.  Why would this happen?

If you just replaced an ink cartridge then there's probably something wrong with the cartridge either the wrong type or it is not sitting correctly in the print header.

 

otherwise you need to reset the printer and reconnect to the wifi

 

General help for new modem
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.
