Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw

on 8-9-23 the screen on my M283cdw said receiving page 23. There was no incoming fax at the time, as in we did not receive any pages from 1-22. I hit cancel since we were not receiving anything . Then it shut off, and turned back on, and rang and rang as an incoming fax was about to happen- then it would do a very long ring.. it again said receiving page 23. I unplugged it for a few min. and then plugged it back it. Then it would "trip out" and would just keep shutting down when the "fax" was coming in.  The next morning, 8-10-23 there was still no fax received, and  there has been no faxes since. this time if i hit the home button it would let me "clear jobs" thinking that would reset the issue. Ever since then, it has bene restarting again. Getting stuck on the "initializing" page.  and then when that is done it will ring as if a fax is coming in, and then shut off and turn back on and will say   49 Service Error- Turn off and Turn on.  
I have taken out all the ink. I have unplugged all the cords and fax line to the printer.   please help. This is our main printer for our busy office
