Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I just moved to a different WiFi and cannot connect my printer to it. When I go into the display panel Systems, it tells me that this is not allowed by the person who set up the printer. (That's me, but I have no idea how I did that.) I can't find a way to bypass it. Thanks for any help.
