Product: HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer

I can not my printer reconnect after I have printing with it. I have instant ink.  Orange flashing, and instant ink wants me to there instant paper. I have code:-2.  Thank you for your help.

HP Recommended

Restart all devices to clear network and hardware error states. Turn off the printer, and then turn it on again. Disconnect the power cable from the router, wait ten seconds, reconnect the cable, and then wait for the internet connection to complete.
