Common problems for Connectivity Issues

We have a new  ZYXEL router and my printer will not connected to the Wi-Fi, it just tells me that the password is wrong, i haven't had this issue with the old router. I have factory reset the printer, this didn't work, I even phoned the internet provider and they where not able to help.

@stephenkingston, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Have you tried changing the password on the router and trying again?

Did you try any alternate method of connecting the printer to the network?

 

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
