Hi @Jegster,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand your HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One printer is not connecting after changing your internet hub. Let’s go through a few steps to get it back online.
Restart Devices
Power off your printer and new internet hub.
Wait 30 seconds and power them back on.
Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi
On the printer control panel, go to Wireless Settings → Wireless Setup Wizard.
Select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Update Printer IP (Optional)
If the printer was previously connected to a different network, it may have an old IP.
Reconnecting via the Wireless Setup Wizard ensures it gets a new IP from your new hub.
Use HP Smart App
Install the HP Smart App on your phone or computer.
Follow the prompts to set up the printer on the new Wi-Fi network.
Check Firewall/Router Settings
Ensure your router allows the printer to connect (no MAC address filtering or blocked devices).
Confirm the network is 2.4 GHz if the printer doesn’t support 5 GHz.
Test Connection
Print a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer to confirm connectivity.
Try printing from a computer or mobile device.
I hope this helps.
