Product: HP envy 6000

Hiya,

I have a HP Envy 6000 which I can't get to connect to the new internet since moving. When I use the HP print app it shows the printer as offline and I have tried connecting the internet by putting it into set up mode pressing the button on the back but it gets stuck on the second step and won't connect.

I've been trying to figure it out using hotspots and different internet, getting closer to the laptop and the router, everything I can think of for the last 2 hours. Any help would be great.
