Product: Hp Office Jet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is Hp Office Jet Pro 8710.  When I try to print an email (for example), rather than the printer printing, the email is sent to the computer's documents.

It is not the printer that makes it, it is Google Chrome which you are using (please correct me if I'm wrong).

 

From the printing dialog of Chrome click the Change button and change from Save as PDF to your printer, then it should print instead of saving the file.
