Product: HP Envy 5540

My printer, as far as I'm aware, is connected to my mobile phone and my laptop. However, today my printer is refusing to print anything from my laptop AND from my mobile phone. 

There is no message on the printer screen to give any clues as to what the problem might be. There is no paper jammed. When I choose to print a document my printer is coming up as a choice of printer so I guess that means the laptop and mobile phone are still connected to my printer...? 

Any ideas would be very welcome right now. Especially as I'm trying to home school and have a pile of homework which I need to print off!
