HP Laser Jet MFP M29w

My product is HP Laser JEt MFP M29w. I have tried to connect my printer to wifi, and I keep getting to the part where it tells me to enter my custom password. Still, when I print out the configuration page and network summary, it says the status is disabled under Wi-Fi Direct Setup. It is also under wireless network configuration status: It is not connected, but the wireless is on. I'm confused about moving forward because no lights are blinking weirdly, and the toner is in correctly. Send any help my way, please!

Hi,

First, make sure the printer is awake, it will not display any Wi-Fi light during power sleep mode, press the cancel button and allow the printer to wake, then you should see the blue wireless light blinking.

Next, follow below steps to restore the network settings in order to connect the printer to your home wifi:

From a wirelessly connected computer or mobile device, ensure you are connected to your home wireless network to a 2.4GHz wireless radio, note that the printer does not support 5GHz WiFi, but 2.4GHz wireless only.

Next, open HP Smart and click the plus sign or Add Printer, then select Set Up a New Printer and follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your network.
