Hi @Btsantos,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you need to reconnect your HP DeskJet 2652 printer to your WiFi network but don't know the password, you have a few options to recover it:

  • Check Router Label: The default WiFi password is often printed on a label located on your wireless router. Look for a sticker on your router that displays the network name (SSID) and password (sometimes labeled as "WPA Key", "WEP Key", or "WiFi Password").
  • Access Router Settings: You can access your router's settings through a web browser. Type your router's IP address into the address bar (common ones include 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1) and log in using the router's administrator credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the wireless settings section to view or reset the WiFi password.
  • Contact Internet Service Provider (ISP): If you're unable to locate the WiFi password using the methods above, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). They can help you retrieve or reset the password for your WiFi network.
  • Factory Reset Router: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your router. This will restore the router to its default settings, including the default WiFi password. Keep in mind that this will also reset any customized settings on your router, so proceed with caution.
