Not able to print cause the printer keeps giving me a message saying update payment method which is weird cause it charges my debit card every month still and the recent payment charge was 08/14/23

I understand that you are getting payment update messages, I am glad to assist you.

If you see an error or continue to have payment issues with your account after updating your payment method, contact your card provider. New security measures may require you to validate subscription charges.
