Today my printer decided that it was not going to print anything period I tried to print it locked up my whole computer had to shut it down. If I open the HP smart sold to scan nothing shows up at all, and I can't even print from my mobile phone period on my phone it will show the print page setting and as soon as I click print it says this action cannot be completed. I have tried restarting everything, and at one point tried to uninstall the printer which then locked up my control panel. I cannot seem to find any help for this is anyone know how to fix it

@River3f2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, are you using a Win PC or a MAC?

Restart the printer. 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
