Hi @Caudela,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When your HP Envy 6455 printer connects to WiFi and says it's printing but nothing happens, there are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue.

Restart Printer and Devices:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for about a minute.
  • Restart your computer or device from which you are trying to print.
  • Restart your WiFi router.

Check Printer Queue:

  • On your computer, go to the printer settings and check the print queue. Make sure there are no stuck print jobs. If there are, cancel them and try printing again.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer.
  • Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to automatically diagnose and fix printer issues.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure that the printer is set as the default printer on your computer.
  • Verify that the printer is not set to "Offline" mode. If it is, change it to "Online".

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer and install it if there is.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to the same WiFi network as your computer.
  • Print a network configuration page from the printer's control panel to check the network status.

Reset Printer Network Settings:

  • Reset the network settings on the printer and reconnect it to the WiFi network. This can usually be done through the printer's control panel settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
