  • HP Smart App: Use the HP Smart app on your phone to manage printing tasks. It can help diagnose connectivity issues and guide you through the setup process if needed.
  • Printer Status: Ensure that your HP printer is turned on, has paper loaded, and is ready to receive print jobs. Sometimes printers go into sleep mode which might affect connectivity.
  • Restart Devices: Restart both your phone and the printer. This can often resolve temporary connectivity issues.
  • Check Printer Settings: Ensure that your printer is set to accept wireless connections and that it is discoverable on the network.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating firmware can sometimes fix bugs related to connectivity.
