Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get an error message saying there is a problem with my HP account & that I cannot print until the issue is resolved.  I have logged into my HP account, checked that all information is correct & updated.  Still get the error message.
