HP Recommended

I called an HP customer support number, which was answered by a company called Micro Techline.  Service seemed fine and they patiently resolved my problem, but I have concerns about their charges and payment collection process.  Has anyone else dealt with this company?  Are they a legit partner or did I get caught in a number switch?
