Hi @John3651,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to remove a printer from your profile, you typically need to follow these steps:

  • Access Printer Settings: Go to your computer's settings or control panel. You can usually find printer settings under "Devices" or "Printers & Scanners."
  • Select the Printer: Look for the printer you want to remove from the list of installed printers.
  • Remove the Printer: Right-click on the printer you want to delete and select "Remove device" or "Delete."
  • Confirmation: You may be asked to confirm the deletion. Confirm the action if prompted.
  • Complete Removal (Optional): After removing the printer from your computer, you might also want to remove any associated software or drivers. Check your programs list for any printer-related software and uninstall it if desired.
  • Update Printer Settings (Optional): If the printer was associated with any accounts or profiles, such as cloud printing services, you might want to update those settings to remove the printer from your profile.
