Issue 1: Bought printer 13 months ago. HP Says printer is expired by 2 years ago.

Issue 2: I moved and now my printer will not connect to wifi network, essentially rendering this printer a giant paper weight.

 

I have done all the steps to reconnect, reinstalled printer, update HP Smart, reset printer to factory settings. The printer still will not connect.

 

Any suggestions besides tossing it to the curb and buying an Epson?

1) I see that you are facing warranty dispute issues.

 

Please raise a dispute by following steps in this link.
