Since you mentioned that you moved, is that mean the current region or the city?
What is the exact issue you are facing?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

First off thank you for the reply.. To be honest I got it working and I have no idea how I did it.. But yes it wasn't the same regional area of Western New York... I was trying to do it through my HP laptop but I also use my Samsung S10+ to get on to print with also.
I don't know how I got it working..but its working. Thank you again for replying.
