HP DeskJet 2810e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Deskjet 2800e all in one series that won't connect to the WiFi because it doesn't support the enterprise level authentication wifi. The error message said to visit HP support to reconfigure the printer so that it doesn't support this. However I cannot find a page or method for what I need, please let me know how to do this? Thank you!

Possibly your enterprise router uses PMF as explained here

I have no idea if this is fixed in the Jun 26, 2024 firmware

You may have to disable that feature in the router, at least for the Mac ID of the printer. A fixed ip address will need to be assigned so that it is just the printer that can bypass it.

If you have an ink subscription then the printer needs to be online.  If not, then there is no need for the router and you can print directly to the printer using Wi-Fi direct.
