Solved!

Required to use set up ink Deskjet

HP Recommended

I replaced an ink cartridge. Moved the printer. Set up to a different router. Went to add the printer and recieving a message to use the set up cartridge which is n7t posdible because there is no mire ink and I replaced tgem.
