I tried to reset my printer several times using my iPhone and computer. Each time it tells me that the requires an Ho account ( I have), internet connection (I have) for set up and use. 
 
Each app tells me the printer is ready and when I print it goes back to the error message.

Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see if that works. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
