My printer connected to our home wifi and since we have changed internet provider the printer will not connect. Have literally wasted hours and hours trying to fix. I give up. It’s still under warranty. How do I get a refund or another printer free of charge. This is a joke.

Please let me know if you need help getting the scan to work.
If you have a flex system (multiple WiFi boosters) then let me know as it is much more complicated and the ISP should have informed or assisted you.
