Necesito ayuda, mi impresora Samsung MultiXpress M5360rx, TIENE Un problema con el Disco duro, ya se lo cambie, ahora necesito saber si el nuevo, necesita estar formateado y en que formato o como debe de estar? y al iniciar con el disco nuevo, me pide una USB con el RECOVERY para poder seguir pero no tengo el programa, ya lo busque por todos lados pero no doy con el programa, alguien de favor me puede ayudar?
