Product: MFP M426fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Scan to email has been setup on this printer and it was working fine bur suddenly it stops working.

The error message: "User name and password is Incorrect"

Printer Model: MFP M426fdw

OS: windows 10

Resent change in the system : N/A

 

I've used an Office email to setup the printer and I tried the user name and password in office.com and the are working fine there. I already have other printers that they are working fine with these username and password. 

I have tried to talk to support team and they were not helpful at alllll!!!! Just wasting time. 

I appreciate any help from you.
