Hello community HP, i would like your help. 

I would like know if i can set a PIN or Password to my Printer HP LaserJet MFP M227 fdw before to people send a print document.

This is my senario: I have a small Coworking with only 20 PC at the network but all coworker send what ever the want print i would like know if i can set a some control by PIN or Password. or if you have another idea.

I'd like to help!

I understand you would like to lock your printer.

Unfortunately, you can only lock printer settings, which means no one will be able to change the printer settings.

If the printer and other devices are on the same network only then printing is possible and there is no way to lock a device out or the printer from printing.
