Officejet Pro 9015e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

have a new hp officejet pr 9015e. I am trying to get it set up with an email address so people can email things to this printer.  I go through all the steps in the instructions for accessing the web services page, I get to where I am instructed to click on the link under the web services tab to print info so I can get the claim code, but when I click on it, it says it's working on it, but then that goes away, and nothing happens.  Nothing prints, no error messages.  I've tried with different browsers and different computers, but nothing happens.  How do I find my printer's claim code if it won't print out that page?

Hi,

Your printer does not support HP ePrint (Printing remotely via Email) and therefore have no valid claim code:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2843711-2427128-16#FAQ_HPPrintforChrome

You may enable Print Anywhere to print remotely to your printer using the HP Smart app, not by using an HP ePrint email address:

OMG.....seriously?  The guy at the Staples store told me emphatically that it would have that capability!  I spent ALL DAY yesterday trying to troubleshoot this!  I am so furious!  My office NEEDS that capability for several of our vendors and clients! 😫
