I have an OfficeJet 6700 Premium printer for a long while (about 8 years). Yesterday the printer works on my computer wirelessly. Today it doesn't work. It said my network is not connected. I tried to connect to my wireless network, but it keep saying my Wi-Fi password is invalid (in fact I tried the same password on my other devices they work). I tried reset to factory default and reconnect again but with same error. I tried to connect through a wired cable, it didn't respond. I want to know what's wrong with it and if there is any solution to solve the problem. Many thanks.

@kplk2, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To reconfigure the printer, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
