Hi @Raj310, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the HP Smart App is no longer discovering your HP Smart Tank 589 All-in-One Printer, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Restart Everything:
- Turn off your printer, phone, and Wi-Fi router.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes and turn them back on.
- Try reconnecting via the HP Smart App.
Ensure Printer is on the Same Network:
- Open the HP Smart App and check if your printer appears in the Recent Devices section.
- If not, make sure your printer and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- If using dual-band Wi-Fi, connect both to the 2.4 GHz network, as the printer only supports 2.4GHz connection.
Check Printer Wi-Fi Status:
- Press the Wireless button on the printer to check if Wi-Fi is enabled.
- If blinking, reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
- If solid, it's connected, and you may just need to re-add it in the app.
Forget and Re-add Printer in HP Smart App:
- Open HP Smart App → Tap Printers → Select your printer → Tap Forget Printer.
- Restart the app and re-add the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
