Hi,

 

Previously I changed my internet provider (new router and WiFi password also) and since then, I can’t access the HP printer EWS services. Most of the services have a blue lock symbol on their thumbnails, and they ask for a username/password.

 

I tried every method suggested in this forum and even contacted my local HP support but unfortunately nothing worked (WiFi rest method included)!

 

Is there any other way to unlock or reset the EWS services? (Or even perform a factory reset?)

 

PS.: I am trying to access EWS through HP Smart app from my iOS and Android devices.
