The HP smart app doesn't work

I've just bought my new printer HP DeskJet 2710 and  installed the HP smart app, but it doesn't work. When i open it, there's just white window and that's it.  I've tried on windows 10 and android 10 as well, but it's the same, don't know what to do.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. It seems like there is an issue with the HP web services and we are working on it. You will have to wait until it gets resolved. Kindly try again after couple of hours.

 

Alternatively, you may use the full-featured driver to print from your PC

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
